Grab your minions and your movie tickets! The Dubois County Chamber of Commerce and the Dubois County 4H Council are hosting a Drive-In movie at the Dubois County 4-H Fairgrounds on September 19 at 8 pm. What better way to celebrate fall than watching a movie drive-in style under the stars?

Tickets cost $8 for adults, $5 for ages 5-12, and free for children 4 and under. Tickets can be purchased online at the chamber website ( or at the entrance (cash only). Space is limited, so advanced tickets are highly encouraged!

“We are so excited to bring the community together for a safe, family fun evening!” says Chamber Vice-President, Brenda Adams.

Gates will open an hour before the showing begins, so feel free to arrive early to claim your parking space. Vehicle parking will be sufficiently spaced to allow for ample social distancing. Attendees will be allowed to use lawn chairs and blankets outside of vehicles as long as social distancing is maintained.

Audio for the event will be brought to you through a local FM radio station so that you have the opportunity to stay in your vehicle to watch and listen to the movie. Refreshments and snacks will be available through local vendors.  Vendors will be masked and attendees will be encouraged to wear one if a distance of 6 feet cannot be maintained. If your organization is interested in selling food or refreshments at the drive-in event, contact the chamber at or by calling Brenda Adams at (740)974-5644.

Chamber members will receive one free ticket and will receive a special email with a code to check out.
